4. Return & Exchange Policy

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return if you’re unsatisfied with a product. You can also adjust the size once, if needed.

Return Procedure:

• Initiate the return request on our website.
• You’ll need to ship the product back to our office address. Once we receive the package, we’ll send you a coupon code via email and SMS.
• You can use the coupon code to purchase another product within 30 days
  

Important Details:

• No returns or refunds for sale or discounted items.
• No refunds, only store credit.
• No direct exchanges: request a return and place a new order.
• Coupon code valid for one month.
• All returned items must be unused with intact tags.

Store Credit Terms:
-Redeem within one month.
-Single-use only use entire credit in one transaction.

Conditions for Returns:

• Incorrect product received.
• Wrong size delivered, The customer is eligible for a return if they have received an incorrect size that does not match their order.eg (if you have ordered a size M and have received a size L)

Note: Return the item in its original condition within 7 working days. Quality check conducted upon receipt. Product must be unworn, unwashed with intact tags. Process may take up to 15 days.
